Concert: Carols Old and New

We invite you to our Christmas Concert!

The Esterhazy Singers will be performing a festive programme of familiar classics and contemporary works, including the chance for the audience to sing along with old favourites. Selections will include traditional favourites, a new piece by David Halstead, a celebration of recent works by Elizabeth Poston, all three of Howell’s set of ‘carol-anthems’ which are rarely performed together, and a Spiritual by American composer William H Dawson. It promises to be an enchanting evening to get you in to the holiday spirit!

Join us at St Margaret Pattens, Eastcheap. Tuesday 10th December 2024, 7.30pm. Tickets are £16, or £12 for under 25s, and are available at the link below or on the door.

About Us

The Esterhazy Singers is an amateur choir of about 50 people that aims at professional standards. We also support music students by providing them bursaries to sing with us and learn to lead an experienced choir. Based in the City of London at St. Margaret Pattens Church, the choir is named after Haydn’s patrons, the Princes Nicholas and Paul Anton Esterhazy.
